Yes. Every cleaner is vetted and trained before being assigned to a client, because they work inside your business premises.
What happens if a cleaner cannot come on a scheduled day?
You tell us and we arrange cover. Your schedule is our responsibility to keep, not something you have to chase.
Who supplies the cleaning materials?
We discuss this when preparing your quote — some clients prefer we bring everything, others already stock their own supplies. Either arrangement works.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Our core service is a monthly retainer. If you'd rather start with a single visit, we also take one-off cleans.
